GUIDE
Choose around the project requirements
When evaluating a nanofiltration supplier in Zhejiang, distinguish a membrane purchase from a new equipment or process-development project. Location can support sample exchange, technical communication and site coordination, but the required separation and the supplier’s scope remain the main selection criteria.
Prepare the feed and target information
Share feed composition, flow, pH, temperature, salts, COD where relevant, viscosity, suspended solids and existing pretreatment. Identify the valuable component, the intended product stream and the concentration, purity or discharge targets. Include previous test data and any restrictions imposed by upstream or downstream equipment.
Use testing to define the engineering proposal
Ask how the supplier will screen membrane grades and assess stable flux, rejection, cleaning recovery and repeated use. For complex feeds, a staged bench and pilot programme can establish the data needed for system design.
DoisTec is based in Hangzhou and connects membrane products, application development and engineering delivery. Discuss the actual project scope, sample arrangements and site-support requirements directly. Equipment configuration and pricing should follow feed evaluation and an agreed technical basis.
