Membrane separation for bio-manufacturing
DoisTec will participate in the 17th International Bio-fermentation Products and Technology Equipment Exhibition in Hangzhou from 21 to 23 September 2026 at Booth D21, Hall 1D, Hangzhou International Expo Center.
The exhibition connects bio-manufacturing, synthetic biology, proteins and active peptides, biopharmaceuticals, biochemical instruments and laboratory equipment. Downstream separation is increasingly central to product quality, yield, energy use and manufacturing cost.

What we will present
The display will cover ceramic membranes for fermentation clarification, biomass and particle separation, catalyst recovery and demanding feeds, together with UF and NF products for proteins, peptides, amino acids, polyols, antibiotics, natural products and pharmaceutical intermediates.
Pilot units for spiral-wound membranes, ceramic membranes and membrane-sheet testing will support real-feed evaluation of flux, rejection, fouling, cleaning recovery and operating stability before scale-up.
From validation to engineering
Membrane process design must consider feed composition, capacity, target specifications, temperature, viscosity and the existing process. DoisTec connects screening, bench testing, pilot scale-up, system integration and engineering delivery to reduce selection and scale-up risk.
Visitors are welcome to bring feed information, target specifications and process challenges for technical discussion at the booth.
