Project overview
The new DoisTec laboratory project is located at Room 207, Floor 2, Building 1, No. 1180 Bin'an Road, Changhe Subdistrict, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, with a floor area of 662.57 square metres.
The project is classified under M7320 engineering and technical research and experimental development and is scheduled to commence operation in August 2026.
Activities and pollution controls
Laboratory activities include membrane-solution preparation, coating, phase inversion, interfacial polymerisation and membrane and water-treatment testing.
Controls include fume-hood collection and activated-carbon treatment for exhaust gas, pretreatment and municipal discharge for wastewater, qualified disposal of hazardous waste, and equipment and layout measures for noise control.
Key registered indicators
The registration lists annual emissions of 0.019 tonnes of VOCs, 629 tonnes of wastewater, 0.025 tonnes of CODCr and 0.0013 tonnes of ammonia nitrogen, together with 3.65 tonnes of hazardous waste and 6.25 tonnes of domestic waste.
The project does not involve radiation activities and, according to the registration, is not subject to pollutant discharge permit management.
